The product contains 8% Bran, which makes it high in fibre. You can also use the Bran Muffin Mix to make lovely Carrot Cake.

Wheat gluten, Sugar, Bran, Egg Solids, Humectant, Raising agents, Colourant, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Flavouring, Stabiliser, Preservative (Potassium sorbate)
