Wheat flour, Rye flour, Sunflower seeds, Linseeds, Oats, Sesame seeds, Enzyme blend (Soya, Sugar, Emulsifier, Unhydrogenated vegetable fat (TBHQ), Wheat gluten, Flour improver, Enzymes), Improver (Rye gluten, Acidity regulator, Colourant, Starch (Maize), Malt, Cocoa powder), Acidity regulator (Wheat flour, Acidifying agents (Citric acid, Monosodium diacetate, Acetic acid, Lactic acid), Stabilisers (Calcium sulphate, Guar gum), Salt, Soya lecithin, Dextrose, Wheat gluten, Enzymes, Ascorbic acid), Salt, Preservative (Calcium propionate), Soya, Enzyme.
