Coconut Mix

Coconut mix comes in a 10kg bag and is normally used to make coconut tarts or coconut biscuits. Another use can be to make coconut slice.

  • Easy to use complete coconut mix
  • Only need to add 400g of water to 1kg coconut mix
  • Can also be mixed by hand, this leaves the mixer open for other mixes

Coconut Mix is designed to make the filling for Coconut tarts, giving you a lot less ingredients to scale and less mistakes so that the product comes out the same every time. The mixture is placed into a raw tart base, scraped level, baked and finished off. The mix can also be used to make coconut biscuits or coconut macaroons. Very good shelf life and great taste.

Coconut, Sugar (Maize), Milk solids, Gelling agent (Modified starch, Gelling agents, Dextrose, Thickener), Egg, Wheat gluten, Unhydrogenated vegetable fat (Palm fruit (BHA), Glucose, Emulsifier, Lactic casein, Anti-caking agent, Stabiliser, Acidity regulator), Raising agents, Starch (Maize), Flavourings, Colourant
