Part 1
  1. Add water and meringue powder to the mixer.
  2. Using a whisk combine liquid and powder on slow speed for 1 minute and 1 minute second speed.
  3. Add the sponge mix and nutmeg, mix on slow for 1 minute and fast for 8 minutes.
  4. Scale 800g of batter to the bundt baking tin.
  5. Bake at 170°c for ± 30 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with fondant Icing.
