Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed and 7 minutes on fast speed. Dough temperature ± 24° C.
Scale heads of dough at 1.700kg, mould round, divide into 30 pieces in the bun divider and place 10 pieces into each bread loaf tin.
Prove for ±50 minutes.
Spray with Sunset Glaze before baking.
Bake at 200° C for ± 25 minutes.
