Place measured water and oil into mixing bowl first, this will ensure proper mixing. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix for ±1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium. N.B. FLAT BEATER RECOMMENDED.
Prepare a 750mm x 450mm Baking tray with silicon paper and fill with 3,8kg carrot cake batter.
Bake at 190° C for ±20 minutes. Depending on oven type
Leave the baked slab to cool then cut the slab into 6cm by 3cm slices.
Pack the slices into clean baking trays with 1cm spaces inbetween the slices.
At the end of the day, place the trays with the slices into a 100˚ C pre heated oven.
After 10min, open the damper for the steam to escape, then switch off the oven and leave to dry over night.
