Mix for ±1 minute. on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium. N.B. FLAT BEATER RECOMMENDED.
Scale batter into a 8-inch flan pan as per recipe scaling weight.
Bake at 160°C for ±30 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Whip up Ambiante Topping on 2nd speed to a soft and firm consistency then add the Cream Cheese Icing and mix on 1st speed until combined.
Fill flan cake with the mixture using a piping bag fitted with a round nozzle.
Sprinkle crushed pecan nuts over the cream cheese icing.
Dust the cake with Icing sugar and place a red cherry in the centre.
