Chocolate Centre Ring Cake


Working Method

Part 1
  1. Place measured liquids into mixing bowl first, this will ensure proper mixing, then add the rest.
  2. Mix for ± 2 minutes on slow speed and 5 minutes on medium speed using the flat beater.
  3.  Scale off 275g batter into a greased BUNDT tins.
  4.  Mix the Inclusions together, then using a piping bag with round nozzle, pipe 100g inclusion all around in the centre.
  5. Cover the Inclusion with another 275g of Muffin Batter.
  6. Bake at 180c for ± 45 minutes.
  7.  Remove from oven and turn sponges over in their tins and leave to cool. This stops the sponge from drying out.
  8. Melt carat Nuxel and pour over the top to run down slightly.
