Festive Chocolate Brownie


Working Method

Part 1
  1. Place measured water, eggs and oil into a mixing bowl first, then add the Princess Chocolate Cake Mix.
  2. Mix for ±2 minutes on a slow speed, then 3 minutes on a medium speed with the crushed pecan nut pieces.
  3. Line a pan with silicone paper and pour batter inside.
  4. Bake at 180° C for ±25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  5. Warm up Ambiante and Choc Discs Dark in a pot and melt together into a pourable ganache.
  6. Let ganache cool and spread onto brownie slice. Sprinkle with crushed pecan nuts. Cut 8 x 12 pieces.
