Part 1
  1. Beat Mrs. J, Mimetic 32 and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla Classic slowly till dispersed then mix in flour on slow till sides of bowl are clear.
  3. Roll sweet paste ± 3mm thick, using a star cutter, cut two stars out and make a hole in the centre of one of the stars using a small scone cutter.
  4. Stick the star with the hole onto the other star using sunset glaze.
  5. Using a teaspoon place ± 20g of mince pie filling
  6. inside the hole in the star.
  7. Spray with Sunset Glaze and dust with castor sugar.
  8. Bake at 180° C  for ±20 minutes.
