Smokey Cheese and Onion Round Bread

Working Method

Part 1
  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl.
  2. Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed and 4 minutes on medium speed. 
  3. Scale 800g on the 7-inch round pan
  4. Decorate with ±15g onion and ±30g cheese. Dip onion in oil beforehand.
  5. Bake at 180° C  for 35 minutes.
