Hot Cross Bun Mix is a complete premix for the production of hot cross buns and it doesn't require the customer to purchase the many seasonal stock lines to produce hot cross buns. i.e. nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, mixed, spice, etc. The mix contains a properly balanced formulation of spices required to give the consumer that perfect traditional flavour profile. The product has excellent volume and a good shelf life, allowing the baker to produce a bit more over the Easter weekend in order not to run out. You can extend your Easter range by making kiddies hot cross buns or even Choc Cross Buns.
