Industrial Soft Roll 15% is designed for the Industrial customer who supplies in bulk to shops and tuck shops. This mix will meet the requirements of staying fresh for more than 5 days after baking. The rolls has a fine and soft crumb structure and increased volume. Industrial Soft Roll 15% can be used to produce a variety of soft rolls with a long shelf life
