Muffin Mix Country Life

An easy to use Muffin Mix that only requires water and oil to be added, no eggs needed. The mix can hold any filling or flavour with the end product still having excellent volume.

  • Powdered muffin premix, just add water and oil
  • Can be used as a base mix to create a variety of Muffins
  • Short mixing time of no longer than 5 minutes
  • Batter can be refrigerated over a 24 hour period and then used.

An easy to use powdered muffin mix that only requires two ingredients, water and oil, to be added to make a plain muffin batter, no eggs needed. The product takes no longer than 5 minutes to mix using a cake mixer. Any flavour or filling can be added to the batter to make any type of muffin your customer desire. If your customer would like to bake their own fresh muffins, you can sell them the batter in any flavour they require for them to bake off at home. Batter can also be frozen.

Ingredients

Wheat flour (wheat gluten), Sugar, Egg solids, Milk solids, Raising agents, Unhydrogenated vegetable fat (Palm fruit, TBHQ), Salt, Stabiliser, Emulsifier, Flavouring, Colourants
