Sweet & Soft 20% Premix

Sweet and Soft 20% is packed into a 25kg box. This mix is designed to make sweet morning goods(Yeast raised doughnuts, sweet buns, Chelsea buns, mosbolletjies etc.), all these products can be produced in less than 3 hours using this mix. The mix can also be used to make traditional Ouma rusks.

Sweet and Soft 20% is packed in a 25kg box. The mix is in a paste form. Only plant fat is used to make our pre-mixes. To mix enriched dough(sweet dough) you will need flour, yeast, Sweet and Soft 20% and water. This mix can be used to produce yeast raised doughnuts, sweet buns, Chelsea buns, mosbolletjies, etc. The 20% is an indication of the usage rate based on the flour weight. This pre-mix leaves the baked product feeling soft with a sweet taste. Because of the sweet taste and stability it gives to the dough, a lot of bakers came up with their own creations in end products. Production time on this product is no longer than 3 hours then you would have produced a good range of morning goods. To save on production time the sweet dough can be mixed with cold water worked off, covered not to skin and placed in the fridge in order to be baked or fried the next morning.
