Working Method

Method
  1. Place Tegral Browni Mix and eggs into the mixer.
  2. Mix on a slow speed using a paddle for 1 minute.
  3. Melt the margarine.
  4. Add melted margarine and mix for 1 minute on a slow speed.
  5. Scrape the sides down and mix on a high speed for 5 minutes.
  6. Scaling weight: 600 g into round mould tins or standard brownie pan.
  7. Bake in a deck oven at 160° C for 35 – 45 minutes.
