Working Method

  1. Place measured water, egg and sponge mix and Pastarom into mixing bowl first.
  2. Mix for ± 1 minute on slow speed and 10 minutes on fast speed. Make sure whisk has full compliment of wires.
  3. Scale off 1000g batter into a greased 10 inch ring.
  4. Bake at 180° C for ± 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and leave sponges to cool.
  6. Cut cake in 3 and ice with imitation cream.
  7. Cover with melted bar one spread and decorate with white chocolate.
  8. Divide into 12 equal size slices.
