Working Method

Part 1
  1. Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl and blend with flat beater on low speed for 1 minute.
  2. Scrape down and blend for a further ± 1 minute until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Scale dough into 20g pieces and roll into balls.
  4. Refrigerate for ± 15 minutes.
  5. Melt the Dark Chocolate Discs.
  6. Dip the ball into the melted Chocolate and roll into the topping then leave to set.
