Working Method

Part 1
  1. Place measured water, eggs and oil into mixing bowl first, this will ensure proper mixing. Then add the Princess Chocolate Cake Mix.
  2. Mix for ± 2 minutes on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed with the crushed pecan nut pieces.
  3. Line a pan with silicone paper and pour batter inside.
  4. Bake at 180° C for ± 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Topping
  1. Warm up Ambiante and Choc Discs Dark in a pot and melt together into a pourable ganache.
  2. Let ganache cool and spread onto brownie slice. Sprinkle with crushed pecan nuts.
  3. Cut 8 x 12 pieces.
