Sweet & Soft 20% Premix

Sweet and Soft 20% is packed into a 25kg box. This mix is designed to make sweet morning goods(Yeast raised doughnuts, sweet buns, Chelsea buns, mosbolletjies etc.), all these products can be produced in less than 3 hours using this mix. The mix can also be used to make traditional Ouma rusks.

Extra Soft 10% Premix

Extra Soft 10% Premix is packed into a 25kg box. This is a premix used for the production of Soft rolls for example Hamburger Buns and Hot Dog Rolls.

Ma 6% Premix

Hildas Seed Loaf Eb

Hilda's Seed Loaf is available in 12.5kg. Only water and yeast need to be added to this mix. The mix contains a blend of seeds and produces a seed loaf that smells like roasted seeds.
