Red Cakes (Snowballs)


Working Method

Part 1
  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl.
  2. Mix with flat beater for 1 minute on slow speed.
  3. Scrape down and mix for 1 minute on medium speed.
  4. Pipe onto paper lined baking trays.
  5. Bake at 200° C for approximately 15 minutes depending on size.
  6. Let product cool.

Part 2
  1. Stick the two halves together with a little Apricot Jam.

Part 3
  1. Mix boiling water and lamington dip using whisk on a slow speed for 3 minutes or until smooth consistency is achieved.

Part 4
  1. Finishing off by dipping in Lamington Dip and then roll in Desiccated Coconut.
