Working Method

Method
  1. Place margarine into a mixing bowl that has been fitted with a flat beater.
  2. Add scone mix and mix on slow speed for 3 minutes until crumbs are formed.
  3. Add water mix for 1 minutes on slow speed, scrape down and mix on 2nd speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Turn out onto a dusted surface, roll out to a thickness of 2 - 3 cm.
  5. Use cake divider as marker and cut triangular shapes.
  6. Place scone on pan, brush liberally with butter and dust with cinnamon. Rest for 15 minutes.
  7. Bake at 210° C for 10 - 15 minutes with damper closed.
