Working Method

Method
  1. Add all the liquid to the mixing bowl.
  2. Then add all the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix for ± 2 minutes on slow speed and 6 minutes on medium. N.B. FLAT BEATER RECOMMENDED.
  4. Place no.14 muffin cup papers in muffin pan. Scale off batter, ± 60g per Queen cake. (3/4 full)
  5. Bake at 180° C for ± 18 minutes.
