Working Method

Method
  1. Place Eggless Muffin Mix, water and oil into the mixer.
  2. Mix on a slow speed until well blended.
  3. Mix on a slow speed for 2 minutes and then mix on a fast speed for 5 minutes.
  4. Scaling 60 g: Pour into lined cupcake cups.
  5. Bake at 180 – 200° C for 35 – 45 minutes.
