Working Method

Method
  1. Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together 1 minute on slow and 2 minutes on second speed.
  2. Allow batter to rest for 30 minutes.
  3. In a muffin tray add about 3g of butter to each cup and melt it in a hot oven.
  4. Scale 40g of batter into each cup, on top of the melted butter.
  5. Bake at 180° C for 10 - 12 minutes.
