Working Method

Method
  1. Place measured water, egg and sponge mix into mixing bowl.
  2. Mix for ± 1 min. on slow speed and 8 minutes on fast speed.
  3. Scale off 450g batter into a greased tins.
  4. Bake at 180° C for ± 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and turn sponges over in their tins and leave to cool.
  6. Cut sponge in half and spread with imitation cream.
  7. Ice sides and top of cake with imitation cream.
  8. Enrobe with Bar-One Spread
