Working Method

Part 1
  1. Place measured water, egg and sponge mix into mixing bowl first.
  2. Mix for ± 1 minute on slow speed and 8 minutes on fast speed. Make sure whisk has full compliment of wires.
  3. Scale off 2500g batter into a greased and paper lined tray.
  4. Leave one pan white, colour 1 pan chocolate and 1 pan red.
  5. Bake at 180° C for ± 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and leave sponges to cool.

Fillings & Toppings
  1. Place red sponge down first, spread with Whip n Go Vanilla.
  2. Place white sponge on top and spread with Whip n Go Vanilla.
  3. Place chocolate sponge on top of white and spread with Whip n Go Vanilla.
