Large Black Forest Cake Slices


Working Method

Part 1
  1. Place measured water, egg and sponge mix into mixing bowl first.
  2. Mix for ± 1 minute on slow speed and 8 minutes on fast speed. Make sure whisk has full compliment of wires.
  3. Scale off 1000g batter into a greased 10 inch ring.
  4. Bake at 180° C for ± 30 minutes.
  5. Cut chocolate sponge into 3 layers.

Fillings & Toppings
  1. Sandwich the 3 layers together with Ambiante and Black Cherry.
  2. Ice cake and mark out 12 equal size slices.
  3. Decorate with chocolate shavings and Black Cherry.
