Large Strawberry Mousse Cake Slices


Working Method

  1. Place measured water, egg and sponge mix and Pastarom into mixing bowl first.
  2. Mix for ± 1 minute on slow speed and 8 minutes on fast speed. Make sure whisk has full compliment of wires.
  3. Scale off 1000g batter into a greased 10 inch ring.
  4. Bake at 180° C for ± 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and leave sponges to cool.
  6. Mix all the FILLING Ingredients together with a whisk till a smooth paste has formed.
  7. Cut sponge in half and fill with strawberry mousse.
  8. Ice cake with strawberry flavoured imitation cream.
  9. Mark of 12 equal slices.
  10. Decorate with strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate.
