Working Method

Part 1
  1. Beat Mrs. J and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla essence slowly till dispersed then mix in flour on slow till sides of bowl are clear.
  3. Add the choc. Chips & Pastarom. (Do not overmix)
  4. Roll into sausage shape, see attached picture.
  5. Place in fridge or freezer.
  6. Cut disc shapes.
  7. Place on paper lined tray and bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
