Working Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and with a flat beater mix for 2 minutes, or until the dough is smooth.
  2. Scale into 15g pieces and with slightly dampened hands roll them into balls.
  3. Dip the balls in the pin nuts and place onto a tray.
  4. Bake at 170° C for 18 - 20 minutes.
