Working Method

Method
  1. Melt and bring to the boil syrup and Mrs. J. add bicarb.
  2. Place in mixer using flat beater then add dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pack mix onto pan and roll flat.
  4. Bake for ± 25 minutes at 180° C.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
