Method
  1. Mix Hunters premix, water, oats, syrup and yeast for 2 minutes on slow and 5 minutes on medium speed using a normal spiral mixer.
  2. Scale batter at 600g for small bread tins. Place in proofer for ± 50 minutes.
  3. Baking temperature 190° C - 200° C with 5 seconds steam.
  4. Baking time: 35 - 40 minutes.
