Working Method

  1. Cream sugar and marg. On 3rd speed for 3 minutes.
  2. Add premix and syrup on 1st speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the water and flour and mix on 2nd speed for 1 minute.
  4. Remove the dough from the mixer, roll out to ± 3mm thickness.
  5. Cut the dough with male or female ginger bread cutters.
  6. Bake at 220° C for 15 - 20 minutes.
  7. Let the cookies cool and decorate with fondant.
