Working Method

  1. Melt and bring to the boil syrup and Mrs. J.
  2. Remove from heat, add the bicarb of soda, mix through.
  3. Place in mixer using flat beater then add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Place mixture onto paper lined pan and roll flat.
  5. Bake for ± 20 minutes at 200° C.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
