Working Method

  1. Whisk together all ingredients for 2 minutes on slow speed and 5 minutes on fast speed.
  2. Pipe onto greased baking trays and decorate with chellies red.
  3. Bake for ± 12 minutes at 200° C.
  4. Brush with hot apricot jam and drizzle fondant on top.
