Ingredients

Working Method

Part 1

Add all the liquid to the mixing bowl.
Add all the powder to the mixing bowl.
Using a flat beater combine liquid and powder on slow speed.
Mix on medium speed for 5 - 6 minutes.
Deposit 450g into a lined Madeira tin.
Bake at 190° C for ± 30minutes.
Remove Madeira from the pans immediately.
