- Add all the liquid to the mixing bowl.
- Add all the powder to the mixing bowl.
- Using a flat beater combine liquid and powder on slow speed.
- Mix on medium speed for 5-6 minutes.
- Deposit 450g into a lined Madeira tin.
- Bake at 190°c for ± 30minutes.
- Remove Madeira from the pans immediately.
