Using a flat beater combine liquid and powder on slow speed.
Mix on medium speed for 5 - 6 minutes. scrape down at intervals. Divide batter into 3 equal batches. Leave 1/3 plain add red colour to 1/3 and choc. Pastarom to last.
Mix all three colours together slightly.
Deposit 450g into a 4161P Alumunium foil container.
Dip scraper in oil and cut each loaf in the centre, this will ensure a even bloom.
