Working Method

Part 1
  1. Use all old bread and rolls.
  2. Slice and dry out in oven at 100°C.
  3. Make sure you dry the rolls or bread properly to prevent mould from setting in.
  4. Mix in a mixer in order to crush the dried bread or rolls, mix until only crumbs is are visible.
