Method
  1. Place hot cross bun mix, yeast and water in mixing bowl.
  2. Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed and 7 minutes on fast speed. Dough temperature ± 24° C.
  3. Scale heads of dough at 2kg, mould round and rest.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangular shape 1 - 2 cm thick.
  5. Spread half with caramel spread and fold over.
  6. Cut thin strips and twist.
  7. Prove for ± 50 minutes.
  8. Spray with Sunset Glaze. Sunset Glaze can also be diluted with up to 30% water.
  9. Bake at 220° C for ± 12 minutes.
