Working Method

Sponge
  1. Place measured liquids into mixing bowl first, this will ensure proper mixing, then add the rest.
  2. Mix for ± 2 minutes on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
  3. Scale ± 400g per 3001p tart foil.
  4. Bake at 180° C for ± 20 minutes and let cool.

Toppings
  1. Melt fondant and spread over tart then decorate with melted chocolate.
