Quiche Onion and Mushroom - Puratos

Method

Roll quiche pastry to 2 mm thick on pastry sheeter.
Line 3011p foil and trim any excess with a plastic scraper.
Place foil on a flat baking tray.
Spread the onion and mushroom evenly on the base.
Place cheese evenly over onion and mushroom.
Pour ± 400g of batter into base.
Bake at 180° C for ± 40 minutes.
