Working Method

Part 1
  1. Add all the liquid to the mixing bowl.
  2. Then add all the powder.
  3. Using a flat beater combine liquid and powder on slow speed.
  4. Mix on slow for 2 minutes and on meduim speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Deposit 40g batter into prepared moulds.
  6. Bake at 160c for +- 20minutes then leave to cool.
  7. Dip in chocolate, let it set, fill the bottom of the hole with about 2g. of cream then Topfil and a small decoration.
