Quiche Meat


Working Method

  1. Roll quiche pastry to 2 mm thick on pastry sheeter.
  2. Line 3011p foil and trim any excess with a plastic scraper.
  3. Place foil on a flat baking tray.
  4. Spread the onion evenly on the base.
  5. Cut meat into dice size pieces. Place meat and cheese evenly over the onion.
  6. Pour ± 400g of batter into base.
  7. Bake at 180° C for ± 40 minutes.
