Working Method

Part 1
  1. Place boiling water and chopped dates into bowl and let cool.
  2. Place measured liquids into mixing bowl first, this will ensure proper mixing, then add the rest.
  3. Mix for ± 2 min. on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
  4. Scale ± 400 g per 3001p tart foil.
  5. Bake at 180°C for ± 20 minutes.

  1. For syrup boil all Toppings - sugar, water and margarine together for 10 minutes. Add flavours.
  2. Brush tarts with syrup mixture.
