Working Method

Part 1
  1. Roll quiche pastry to 2mm thick on pastry sheeter.
  2. Line 3011p foil and trim any excess with a plastic scraper.
  3. Place foil on a flat baking tray.

  1. Spread the onion and mushroom and green pepper evenly on the base.
  2. Place cheese evenly over onion and mushroom.

  1. Pour +- 400g of batter into base.
  2. Bake at 180°C for +- 40 minutes.
