Decadent Mocha Slice


Working Method

Part 1
  1. Place measured liquids into mixing bowl first, this will ensure proper mixing, then add the Cake Mix.
  2. Mix for ± 2 minute on slow speed and 2 minutes on medium speed then add chocolate vermicelli and coffee mocha and mix another 1 minute.
  3. Line a pan with silicone paper and pour batter inside.
  4. Bake at 160° C for ± 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and cool.
  6. Cut slices 3,5 cm x 9 cm
  7. Pipe whiped Ambiante topping onto slice then sprinkle Chocolate shavings over the top and add decoration.
