Working Method

Syrup
  1. Bring the syrup ingredients to boil and cool over night in a fridge.

Part 1
  1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough.
  2. Scale dough heads of 1350g and divide.
  3. Cut, roll and twist.
  4. Fry in oil 160°C.
  5. Remove from oil and dip directly into the cold syrup.
