Syrup

Bring the syrup ingredients to boil and cool over night in a fridge.

Part 1

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough.
Scale dough heads of 1350g and divide.
Cut, roll and twist.
Fry in oil 160°C.
Remove from oil and dip directly into the cold syrup.
