Dough
  1. Place measured liquids into mixing bowl first, this will ensure proper mixing, then add the rest.
  2. Mix for ± 2 minutes on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed. Then Add pie apple bakers mix and cinnamon.
  3. Scale ± 400g into long foil shape. (4041)
  4. Boil the apricot jam.
  5. Bake at 180° C for ± 20 minutes.

Topping
  1. Brush with boiled apricot jam while still hot.
